The Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel has appointed Senator Udoma Udo Udoma as the Pro-Chancellor of Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden.
This comes after the stepping aside of Engr. Samuel E. Inyang, as Pro-Chancellor of the State University.
Dr Emmanuel Ekuwem, Secretary to the State Government in a statement on Tuesday said the appointment takes immediate effect.
