Fans of popular Hakarat DJ, Cyril Ndifreke popularly known as DJ Flexy are pouring out tributes for him after he was shot dead by armed robbers in the early hours of Saturday.
The DJ who was returning from Traffic Light Party held at the Hakarat Mall, was killed during a robbery on his way home.
The incident happened in Alakahia, Obio-Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State at about 3: am.
Sources said the influential DJ was in the company of his girlfriend and another friend when they were accosted by the robbers.
According to friends, the robbers collected the late DJ’s girlfriend’s phone and that of his friend but shot him when he refused to handover his laptop.
He was rushed to the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, UPTH, where he died.
His fans have been inconsolable since the news of his death broke.
