Counsel leading the Prosecution, Sokari Egop, told our correspondent, Tina Amanda, that it is left to the court to consider whether the 1st Defendant will be granted bail while stressing that case is a bailable offence.

On his part, Defendants’ Counsel Chika Agbaeze, said his clients have completed their arraignment in court, adding that they await the court to rule on the bail application.
