Ikwerre pledges to complete Aluu UPE school within 90 days

Samuel Nwanosike, the Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers, has promised to complete a ten classroom block in UPE 2, Aluu Town within 90 days.

The project, which was awarded to OCE Global Resources, is aimed at encouraging the performance of education in the community.

Nwanosike during the project flag-off the purpose of the project is to encourage the performance of education within the LGA’s locality.

The Ikwerre Council Chairman noted that his administration has resolved to embark on renovations, construction and reconstruction of markets, schools, town halls, internal roads and the building of a befitting secretariat in the Council to house the workers in Ikwerre LGA.

He reiterated that his administration would construct at least one project in every Ward of the LGA, saying that his administration will continue with Back-to-School and Back-to-Farm programmes to better the lives of the people.
