Breaking: Mob attacks police and task force team in Port Harcourt, scores injured

Hoodlums numbering over 50 have descended on the zone 7 task force team stationed at Rumuola junction in Port Harcourt.

A police officer who was hit by the hoodlums has been evacuated to the hospital.

Our correspondent reports that the mob are suspected to be street boys engaged in illegal trading in the area.

One of the suspects arrested is currently undergoing trial at the garrison mobile court.
