Breaking: Buhari Releases Ministerial List

President Buhari on Tuesday released the long-awaited Ministerial list.

The list, theportcitynews gathered, has been forwarded to the National Assembly for approval.

Senior Presidential Spokesman, Garba Shehu, was quoted as saying that the list will be uploaded online for everybody to read before the end of the day.

But in another twist, the Nigerian government denied it has sent names of ministerial nominees to the country’s Senate for approval.

Buhari’s spokesman, Garba Shehu denied media reports that the names of the nominees have been sent.

“I have no breaking news on the appointment of ministers because I have not been briefed about it,” Shehu said in a Facebook post.

“My Twitter account is a verified one. Whoever wants to know what I have said should go to it, not to a fake one. Ignore the report they are attributing to me, please.”
