WAEC Releases 2019 Jan/Feb Results, 26.08% Pass Exam

The West African Examinations Council, WAEC, on Tuesday, in Lagos, released the first series and second edition of the JanuaryFebruary West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations, WASSCE, organised for private candidates for this year.

A total of 11, 721 candidates sat the examination, out of which 3,102 (representing 26.08%) obtained credit and above in a minimum of five subjects including English language and General Mathematics. It was only 17. 50% who obtained similar results last year.
