Wike nominates Aguma’s widow as commissioner

Mrs Inime Aguma, the widow of the deceased attorney-general of Rivers State, Emmanuel Aguma, has been nominated into the Cabinet of the Rivers State Government by Governor Nyesom Wike.

The nomination comes days after the respected attorney-general was buried in Port Harcourt.

Aguma, who passed on July 10 in London was appointed into the revered office in 2015, a position he held until his untimely death.

Although it is not yet known whether she will replace her husband as attorney-general, she is expected to be screened by the Rivers State House of Assembly tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2018
