Nigerian adult film actress Tall Lizzy Elizabeth Daniel has expressed deep regret over her decision to enter the adult entertainment industry, saying the experience left her with little to show for it financially or personally.
In a video shared on social media, the actress reflected on her career and urged people considering joining the industry to reconsider their decision.
Lizzy described her choice as one she now regrets deeply, saying she had gained little despite the expectations she once had.
“I am regretting my decision right now. I regret why I joined the industry. I regret it so bad.”
According to her, one of her biggest concerns is the permanent digital footprint left by her past work.

She said she now has to live with knowing that the videos are likely to remain online indefinitely.
“Nothing aside the countless videos of me online. That will be online forever.”
Lizzy also said the financial rewards she expected from the industry did not materialise, adding that she still struggles financially despite having taken a path she once believed would provide better opportunities.
She further rejected excuses that she joined the industry because her peers were making more money through other means.
The actress then directed her message at people who have contacted her privately about joining adult entertainment, urging them to change their minds while they still can.
“Those of you that are sending me emails that you are interested in joining the industry. It is not too late for you to change your mind.”
Lizzy said people outside the industry might not fully understand the consequences until they experience them themselves.
She maintained that her experience has changed her perspective and urged prospective entrants to carefully consider the long-term consequences before making such a decision.
