According to the Commissioner in a post shared on Sunday, the successful execution of the project underscores the importance of commitment to service and faith-driven leadership in advancing healthcare infrastructure. He stated that the facility would play a key role in complementing government efforts to improve medical care and reduce pressure on public hospitals.

He further emphasised that the expansion aligns with the state government’s broader objective of strengthening the health sector through collaboration with credible private healthcare providers. The Commissioner encouraged other investors to emulate Veckron Hospital’s model by prioritising quality, accessibility and community impact.

With the completion of Phase 2, Veckron Hospital is expected to enhance patient care through improved capacity, modern facilities and expanded medical services. The development marks another step forward in Rivers State’s ongoing efforts to build a resilient and responsive healthcare system capable of meeting the needs of its growing population.
