Eze Ekpeye Logbo III Hails O.B. Lulu-Briggs Foundation at Thanksgiving

His Imperial Majesty, Eze Sir Kelvin Ngozi Anugwo, Eze Ekpeye Logbo III, Akalaka XII, has commended the O.B. Lulu-Briggs Foundation for 24 years of impactful humanitarian service to humanity.

The monarch, represented by a high-powered royal delegation led by High Chief Rowland Ebeledhi, delivered the message during the Foundation’s 24th Anniversary Thanksgiving Service held on Sunday at the Chapel of God International Worship Center, Port Harcourt.

Eze Ekpeye Logbo III praised the Foundation for its record of life-saving interventions, successful medical outreaches, and surgeries, all accomplished without a single loss of life. He described the feat as a combination of divine grace and professional excellence.

In his goodwill message, the royal father hailed the vision and commitment of the Foundation’s leadership, calling it “a beacon of God’s grace, a sanctuary of hope, and a testament to what purposeful leadership anchored in compassion can achieve.”

He stressed that its dedication to health and human dignity reflects the values of mercy, equity, and service crucial to nation-building.

The thanksgiving service, which attracted dignitaries, clergy, and partners from across the country, featured a sermon by High Chief (Mrs) Seinye Briggs, Ununwe Ugwoduma Ekpeye, titled “Grace of God and Righteousness of Him.” Her message, drawn from Joshua 6:20 and Romans 1:17, highlighted faith and divine intervention as the pillars of the Foundation’s enduring success.

Reaffirming the support of the Ekpeye Kingdom, His Majesty called for stronger institutional collaboration across Nigeria to emulate the Foundation’s rare model of service and sustainability.
