According to the latest report, Kano Pillars have announced the appointment of Evans Ogenyi as their new technical adviser.
The report indicates that Ogenyi succeeds Usman Abdallah, who vacated the position in May for personal reasons.
The seasoned tactician is returning to a familiar environment, having previously led Kano Pillars to promotion in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) in 2023.
The report further mentions that his appointment is effective immediately.

Evans Ogenyi, the newly appointed coach, was formerly an assistant coach at Rivers United, a one-time NFPL champion.
The ex-Warriors Wolves coach departed from that role last month after his contract expired.
Ogenyi has also had managerial experience with Lobi Stars in the past.
