Port Harcourt’s entertainment scene took on a different atmosphere on Saturday, October 31, 2026, as Alien Entertainment hosted ‘After Dark: The Ultimate Halloween Experience’ at The Grove School, GRA, Port Harcourt.
The event brought together partygoers, creatives, fashion enthusiasts and nightlife lovers for a Halloween-themed experience that combined music, horror-themed attractions and costume displays.
Designed around the concept ‘One Path. Four Worlds’, the event featured different themed sections, giving attendees an opportunity to explore more than a conventional party setting. One of the major attractions was the series of horror zones, where carefully designed settings, eerie lighting and costumed characters created a spooky atmosphere for guests.
The costume competition was another major highlight of the night, with attendees showcasing different interpretations of Halloween fashion. From horror-inspired characters and elaborate makeup to gothic outfits and creative costume designs, participants brought a variety of looks to the event.
Some attendees also incorporated African-inspired elements into their costumes, adding a cultural dimension to the Halloween celebration. The range of outfits reflected the growing interest in alternative fashion and themed social experiences among young people in Port Harcourt.
Organised by Alien Entertainment, ‘After Dark’ offered a different approach to nightlife entertainment in Port Harcourt, moving beyond the conventional club and party format to incorporate interactive attractions, fashion and music into one experience.
