Phlash Entertainment has unveiled the maiden editions of Miss ElePhame 2026/2027 and the ElePhame Fashion Awards, introducing a new platform for student beauty, fashion and creative talent in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The two-day event is scheduled for December 11 and 12, 2026, and will bring together students from tertiary institutions across the city, emerging fashion designers and campus creatives.
The organisers have announced cash prizes and holiday packages for the pageant winners, with the overall winner set to receive ₦1 million and an all-expenses-paid vacation to a resort in the Seychelles Islands.
The first runner-up will receive ₦500,000 and an all-expenses-paid getaway to Ziba Resorts in Lagos State, while the second runner-up will receive ₦250,000 and an all-expenses-paid trip to Obudu Cattle Ranch in Cross River State.
According to the Chief Executive Officer of Phlash Entertainment, Azenda Keghter Christopher, the initiative was created to celebrate the combination of elegance, popularity and fashion creativity among young people.
Christopher said tertiary institutions in Port Harcourt were home to talented and innovative students who needed platforms to showcase their abilities and gain wider recognition.
The General Manager of Phlash Entertainment, Lorshenge Aondofa Marvel, also explained that the project was intended to go beyond a conventional pageant and awards ceremony by creating opportunities for students to build their brands and careers.
The organisers said the initiative would provide emerging fashion entrepreneurs and student influencers with opportunities to gain visibility and establish themselves in the creative industry.
The fashion awards are also expected to draw attention to young designers and campus fashion creatives whose work may not yet have received recognition beyond their immediate communities.
Consistent support, industry partnerships and access to professional networks could help turn the platform into something more lasting than an annual competition.
