The standout performers from Matchday 7 of the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League season have been recognised following another exciting round of fixtures across the country.
The Team of the Week, released by NPFL Insider, highlights players who delivered impressive performances for their clubs during the latest round of matches.
Leading the attack are Ifeanyi Ihemekwele and Kayode Oke, who played key roles for their respective teams with decisive displays in front of goal.
The midfield features Toyeeb Gidado, Chinemerem Ugwueze, Fatai Abdullahi and Wonah Williams, all of whom impressed with their creativity, energy and influence in the centre of the park.
At the back, Hamisu Salisu, Sodiq Ayoade, Alfred Odinaka and Stanley Okorom earned places in the selection after solid defensive performances that helped their teams secure valuable results.
