The verification team for Hon. Enemi Alabo George’s PhD Business Support Scheme conducted an on-the-ground verification exercise on Thursday, September 24, 2026, covering all seven wards that make up Asari-Toru Constituency II.
The exercise is designed to confirm that prospective beneficiaries actually operate existing small businesses or other legitimate economic activities in need of financial support for growth.
It forms part of the scheme’s broader due-diligence process, aimed at ensuring the intervention reaches genuine entrepreneurs whose businesses stand to benefit, ahead of the final selection of beneficiaries.
