Rivers State House of Assembly member representing Akuku-Toru State Constituency II, Hon. Lolo Isaiah Opuende, has distributed 10 vehicles and millions of naira in business and educational support to constituents across the nine electoral wards in the constituency.
The empowerment exercise was carried out on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, as part of the lawmaker’s efforts to support the economic and educational advancement of his constituents.
The beneficiaries, drawn from the nine wards, received vehicles as well as financial assistance aimed at strengthening their businesses, supporting their education and improving their livelihoods.
