Real Madrid continued their impressive start to the LaLiga season with a commanding 4-0 victory over Málaga, securing three consecutive wins to open the campaign for the fifth time in the last six seasons.
Málaga began brightly, but Real Madrid quickly took control and scored three goals in 11 minutes. Jude Bellingham opened the scoring after capitalising on a loose ball before cutting inside the box and finishing from a tight angle.
Bellingham was involved again shortly afterwards when his header was blocked by Carlos Puga and deflected into the net off goalkeeper Alfonso Herrero for an own goal.
Kylian Mbappé then added a third before half-time, sweeping home a dangerous low cross from Trent Alexander-Arnold to put Real firmly in command.

The hosts continued to dominate after the break without needing to reach top gear. Bellingham struck the woodwork with a powerful effort, while Alexander-Arnold and Mbappé also came close to extending the lead.
Málaga were handed a potential lifeline when VAR overturned a handball decision against Yan Diomandé after Antonio Rüdiger’s header struck his arm from close range. However, the visitors could not find a way back into the contest.
Real Madrid eventually added a fourth in stoppage time when substitute Arda Güler tapped home to complete a comfortable victory.
The result extends Real Madrid’s winning run in LaLiga to six matches, stretching back to last season, while Málaga remain without a win in their last 13 top-flight away games, collecting just two points during that run.
The defeat also means Málaga have failed to win any of their opening three league matches for a fourth consecutive season.
