Bukumi Adeaga-Ilori popularly known as Kirkie has come out to reveal the criteria needed for content creators to work with her. She said skit makers who rely on excessive vulgarity or indecent themes are excluded from working with her
The Nigerian content creator stated that she rejects these partnerships solely to protect her corporate brand image. “I would never collaborate with any skit maker that is vulgar. I will not be able to collaborate with them,” Kiekie stated during a recent podcast interview.
Pressed by the interviewer for specific names, Kiekie refused to point fingers or reveal the content creators she had in mind. She admitted to seeing multiple creators who fit the description but declined to single anyone out.
According to Kiekie, the boundary is strictly a business choice, not a personal attack on fellow entertainers. While acknowledging the hard work across the industry, she noted that her priority remains protecting how corporate sponsors perceive her platform.
Mismatched partnerships, she noted, directly hurt her corporate relationships. “So if you’re into too much breasts, bumbum, not that I have an issue with it but it’s just brand alignment,” she explained. “I recognize your hard work but we just don’t connect. It will affect the way my own brands are approaching my own work.”
