Nsi Effimi has reached an agreement to join Rivers United, a team in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL). He is anticipated to sign a two-year contract with the club based in Port Harcourt.
The right-back will become a member of the Pride of Rivers after completing his tenure with the previous NPFL champions, Rangers.
Last season, he made 33 appearances in the NPFL, scoring once for Rangers.
Rivers United is enhancing their squad with high-quality signings in preparation for their continental commitments in the upcoming season.
The Port Harcourt club, along with Remo Stars, will compete in the CAF Champions League.
