…Initiate Grassroots Campaign for the 2027 Elections
The Enforcers for Good Governance, a notable socio-political advocacy organization, has expressed its complete backing for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and revealed initiatives to mobilize voters at the grassroots level across the nation in preparation for the 2027 general elections.
This declaration came after a major stakeholders’ meeting held in Rivers State on Monday, June 9, 2025. The meeting, chaired by the group’s National Convener, Dr. Kingsley Ogu, included representatives from all 319 political wards in the state.
In a statement released post-meeting, the group reiterated its “steadfast and unwavering” support for President Tinubu’s governance, commending his courageous leadership, patriotic policies, and steadfast dedication to democratic values under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
“We are completely in alignment with the President’s political vision and strategic plan leading up to the 2027 elections,” the group commented. The Enforcers also praised President Tinubu’s efforts in resolving the political deadlock in Rivers State, describing his contribution as timely and commendable.

They encouraged the President to consider lifting the state of emergency in Rivers State as a symbolic act ahead of Nigeria’s Democracy Day on June 12, noting that signs of progress in reconciliation efforts have been apparent.
Emphasizing their organizational capabilities, the group confirmed involvement from grassroots mobilizers in every ward of Rivers State, all of whom are registered voters dedicated to supporting President Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.

As part of their plan, the Enforcers for Good Governance announced the launch of a countrywide door-to-door awareness campaign aimed at highlighting the administration’s accomplishments and promoting civic participation. “Our objective is to convey the message of good governance and national unity directly to individuals, one household at a time,” Dr. Ogu remarked.
The group appealed to civil society organizations, political actors, and concerned Nigerians to join their effort in safeguarding democratic principles and fostering national progress. “This is a movement for everyone who believes in the advancement and future of Nigeria.”
