Falcon’s 15,000MT LPG Storage Facility Achieves Safe 1M Man-Hours

Falcon Corporation Limited, a leading indigenous gas value chain company, has reached a significant milestone, completing one million man-hours without a lost time injury (LTI) on its ongoing 15,000MT LPG storage facility project in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

In a statement, Managing Director and Founder Prof. Joe Ezigbo emphasized that this achievement underscores Falcon’s adherence to best practices and safety protocols across its operations.

“This milestone reflects our team’s dedication to creating a safe work environment and our continuous pursuit of operational excellence,” Ezigbo stated. “Falcon’s ‘target zero’—no harm to people, equipment, or the environment—is the key driver of this success. The milestone was achieved in the ongoing construction of a 15,000MT LPG storage facility with jetty access for marine activities in Port Harcourt.

Situated on over 110,000 square meters of land, the facility is designed for end-to-end LPG delivery, serving distributors and off-takers for throughput activities. Falcon’s investment in this infrastructure underscores its long-term vision for Nigeria’s gas sector and its role in ensuring a reliable supply of LPG across the country.
