The Landmark Group, in partnership with the Rivers State Government, has acquired a prime waterfront property in Port Harcourt. The collaboration aims to redevelop the once-thriving Port Harcourt Tourist Beach into a state-of-the-art leisure, hospitality, and tourism hub.

The redevelopment project is poised to redefine tourism in Rivers State by providing an array of premium experiences. These offerings will cater to a broad audience, including families, adventure enthusiasts, local and international visitors, and the Rivers State community.

The redeveloped facility, to be named the Landmark Port Harcourt Leisure Resort, is envisioned as a hallmark of excellence in tourism. The initiative was initially hinted by Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, during his visit to the Port Harcourt Tourist Beach on October 29, 2024.
