Rivers task force operatives allegedly kill bus driver

Operatives of the Rivers State taskforce have allegedly killed a bus driver while leaving the bus conductor critically injured and unconscious along NTA/Choba road.

According to an eyewitness, the operatives of the state task force accused the bus driver of wrong parking.

This led to an argument between the operatives and the bus driver and his conductor but before the driver and the conductor could defend themselves, they were pounced upon with an iron rod which landed severally on their heads leading to the instant death of the bus driver.

The conductor is currently lying critically unconscious in the hospital.

Recall that last month, men of the Rivers state taskforce caused the death and loss of properties to a community around Trans Amadi which led to unrest in that area.
