Adughe Okorodudu, the Chairman of Warri North council area of Delta has been allegedly been abducted by gunmen.
It was gathered that the incident occurred at about 8:25 pm on Saturday, near Nana Model College, in Warri.
Eyewitnesses say the Council Boss was kidnapped in a black Range Rover with registration number simply given as “890”.
He was said to be returning from Asaba, the state capital when the arms-wielding hoodlums attacked his vehicle and whisked him to an unknown destination.
