How to make Chinese fried rice

Today, we are going to be teaching our readers how to make Chinese fried rice. I know you are all excited and can’t wait to try it out especially this festive season.

Chinese fried rice is actually easy to make, so there is no need for you to be worried about not getting it right. It is basically
Chicken, rice, soy sauce and shredded egg stir fried together. This is a very simple recipe. It is easy, but tasty! Note: Never use rice that you have just cooked.”

3 eggs,
chopped carrots,green beans,peas and green pepper
1 tablespoon of water,
1 tablespoon of butter,
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil,
1 onion, chopped,
2 cups of cooked white rice(cold)
2 tablespoons soy sauce,
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Cooked chopped chicken meat

wash and beat eggs in a bowl. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add egg and leave flat for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and cut into shreds.

Heat oil in same skillet; add onion,carrots,peas,green beans,green pepper, saute and fry for a minute or two(not soft). Then add rice, soy sauce, pepper and chicken. Stir fry together for about 5 minutes, add the shredded fried egg and stir together. Serve hot.
