Good Friday and Easter Monday

The Federal Government has declared Good Friday and Easter Monday public holidays to be observed on April 18 and 21, 2025, in commemoration of the Easter celebration.

Minister of Interior Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo shared this information, offering his best wishes to Christians throughout the country.

With Good Friday falling on April 18 and Easter Monday on April 21, Tunji-Ojo urged the public to reflect on Jesus Christ’s sacrifice and love, while also praying for the nation’s peace, unity, and stability.

The minister reaffirmed President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to promoting sustainable growth and development in the country.
