Paramount Ruler of Woji Community, Eze Ihunwo, Resolves Woji Market Crisis

In a remarkable demonstration of leadership and diplomacy, the Paramount Ruler of the Woji Community, His Royal Highness Eze Ihunwo, has successfully intervened to resolve the recent crisis that rocked the Woji Market.

The traditional ruler’s timely intervention has restored peace and stability, bringing relief to traders and residents of the area.

Eze Ihunwo, who mediated between the warring factions, called on all parties to set aside their differences and embrace unity for the collective good of the community. He emphasized the importance of collaboration in fostering lasting peace and development in Woji.

The monarch also commended the Nigerian Police for their swift response, which played a crucial role in de-escalating the situation. He extended appreciation to the Woji Youth Council and community chiefs for their active involvement and commitment to peace-building efforts.

He lauded key community leaders who have contributed positively to Woji’s growth. He praised former Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Barrister George Ariolu, for his investment in education, particularly the construction of a new school in Woji.
