Tina Amanda
A man identified as Chris has been stabbed into a coma at Mile 3 Diobu, Port Harcourt, by one Simiyu Ganiyu, aka ‘Olowo’ over an accusation of having affairs with his ex-wife.

Chris was said to have come for burial, but he was followed and ambushed by Simiyu Ganiyu and his boys, who stabbed him several times before being rescued by some vigilante members in the area.

The Chief Security Officer of Nkpolu Oroworukwo, Mile 3 Diobu, Port Harcourt, Godstime Ihunwo, in an interview with our correspondent condemned the attempted murder of Chris by Olowo and his boys and called for his immediate arrest.

Ihunwo narrated that at about 12:40 pm on Wednesday 25, January 25, his men rescued one Chris who was stabbed into a coma at National Street Diobu, by Simiyu Ganiyu aka Olowo and his boys, who claimed the victim is having a love affair with his ex-wife.

He disclosed that his men rushed the victim to the hospital, where he was confirmed to be in critical condition.

Meanwhile, the ex-wife of Olowo, who refused to have her identity disclosed, told our correspondent that she and the victim have no love affair relationship as they are just friends, stressing that she and Olowo have been divorced for over three years now.

Our correspondent, who visited the hospital where the victim was admitted, was refused access by the medical personnel on duty as the victim was in a critical condition at the emergency ward of the facility.
