Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has declared his intention to run for office of the president.
He made this declaration during a consultation visit to Benue state.
He said “I will be running for the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria”.
Wike joins former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi; former Vice-president, Atiku Abubakar; former Senate Presidents, Bukola Saraki and Pius Anyim, and others who have publicly declared their intentions to run for president under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
