Just In: Edo Assembly Speaker tests positive for coronavirus

Frank Okiye, the Speaker of the Edo state House of Assembly has tested positive for Coronavirus.

Philip Shaibu, the state deputy governor confirmed the development to newsmen on Wednesday.

The state governor, Godwin Obaseki has since gone into isolation following his meeting with infected persons.

He said the state is taking measures to tackle the further spread of the virus in the state.
