Breaking: Uncompleted building collapses in GRA, Port Harcourt

A yet to be completed building has collapsed at Woji Road, GRA Port Harcourt.

It is not known if there was any casualty from the collapse.

The collapse comes barely 12 months after a 7-storey structure collapsed along the same area killing unspecified number of persons.
