Ibani urges youths to maintain peace

IKUNYI OWAJI IBANI, the Speaker, Rivers State House of Assembly has urged youths to always maintain peace to enhance growth and development in the state.

He stated this on the floor of the house during the Valedictory service held in honour of a former member of the house representing Degema constituency seven in the second republic, NGOYE IGOBO.

IBANI said peace is the panacea for unity in the state.

Majority leader of the house, MARTIN AMEAHULE, said the legacy the late former lawmaker, NGOYE IGOBO left behind is worth emulating in the society.

The lawmaker representing Degema constituency ANTHONY SOBEREKON who joined other lawmakers in paying tribute to the late former lawmaker NGOYE IGOBO urged the family members to be more united in the society.
