Bonny monarch re-establishes Bonny Chambers of Commerce after 36 years

In a bid to create a thriving economy and fast track development in the ancient Bonny Kingdom, king Edward Asimini William dappa pepple, CON, Amayanabo of Grand Bonny kingdom has pioneered the reestablishment of the Bonny chamber of commerce,Industry, Mines and Agriculture.

The re-establishment of the Bonny Chambers of Commerce comes after a 36-year redundancy.

Abinye Blessing Pepple, member representing Bonny constituency at the Rivers State House of Assembly lauded the move as a giant stride in the island’s economic history and called on captains of industry to take advantage of the newly established chamber to improve the economic fortunes of the island.

The lawmaker opined that with the newly re-established chamber of commerce, the Bonny-Bodo road under construction and the NLNG Train 7 Project coming on stream, Bonny’s dream of becoming a mini Dubai is on track. Calling on Investors to make Bonny their choice destination. solidifying Bonny as one of Nigeria’s leading industrial and economic hubs.
