Campaign for the Most Influential Person of the Week (MIPOW) is in full swing at the Show Ya Sef house, with housemates putting real effort into their Wager monologues under this week’s theme, “Legacy.” Each entry is titled “This is my legacy.”
Day 57 opened on a tense note as a heated exchange broke out between Keivo and Oyin after the morning pool workout, with both trading insults about each other’s parents before Tram stepped in to try to calm things down.
By mid-morning, Keivo appeared to have cooled off, telling Aikou he planned to apologise to Oyin publicly and admitting he’d taken a joke too far.
A separate exchange between Keivo, Sheba and Aikou touched on faith and personality, with Sheba describing Keivo as a proud person before the conversation drifted into lighter banter.
Elsewhere in the house, preparations for the Wager dominated the day. Sheba, who had already finished writing her script the day before, was commended by Aikou and Keivo for working fast, and Aikou offered her some advice on her concept.
Tram reflected on his own journey in the house, noting that many housemates who once called him “messy” have since been evicted, and said he was proud to have made it this far.

He also opened up to Sheba about wanting financial success, saying he hopes to eventually earn ₦10 million a month, and recalled his background as a high school athlete who struggled with, and eventually overcame, losses in Arena tasks.
Ricky and Keivo marked reaching week nine together by reflecting on their mental health journey in the house, with Ricky revealing he once considered a voluntary exit, an option Keivo said he never entertained. Keivo also mentioned looking forward to celebrating his birthday in the house next Friday.
The afternoon brought lighter moments, including Temi Nkem sharing her smoothie with Barry and Bluethopia, playful banter about future baby names, and Barry and Keivo unwinding over a game of pool.
Tram praised Barry for being genuine and down-to-earth, while several housemates, including Aikou, Flora and Tram, continued fine-tuning their Wager scripts throughout the day.
By 3 pm, attention shifted to the Arena as Biggie called housemates in for the week’s Head of House Challenge, a four-game course with points determining the winner.
Ultimate Veto Power Holder Barry sat out this week’s contest. Temi Nkem was the first to complete the course, finishing well ahead of the rest of the housemates.
