The media team of Rivers United is set to tour various locations this week, with a keen eye for any fan decked out in the official colours of the club.

The ‘Pride of Rivers’ jerseys campaign will start in Port Harcourt on Wednesday and then continue to Uyo on Friday. Fans sporting the club’s official apparel have a shot at grabbing a prize from Rivers United.
This promotion lends another layer to the fan relations being developed by the club, as it involves fans on another level outside of matches, reaching out into the everyday lives of Rivers United followers.
As the season draws closer, the club’s latest project is designed to create some buzz and to create that bond between the club, nicknamed “Pride of Rivers,” and the vast number of supporters following the club’s endeavors.
Port Harcourt and Uyo fans are asked to flaunt their colours this week-the risk of actually getting noticed could give a supporter an additional reason for sporting their jersey.
