The emergence of Hon. Major Jack as the All Progressives Congress (APC) Deputy Governorship Candidate in Rivers State has been described by political observers as a strategic move capable of strengthening the party’s chances ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Major Jack is expected to join Rep. O.K. Chinda on the APC governorship ticket, with stakeholders describing the pairing as a combination of legislative experience, political exposure, grassroots reach and regional representation.
