Portuguese girls champions Benfica Femenino have formally completed the signing of Nigerian winger Flourish Chioma Sabastin.
The 21-year-old former Falconets has put pen to paper on a 3-year contract with the Lisbon outfit, with the option to extend the agreement for an additional season entirely based on performance.
Sabastine joins Benfica as a free agent following the conclusion of her time with Turkish giants Fenerbahce during the remainder of the season’s end, bringing the European experience to her new signing.

Despite her young age, Sabastine boasts an excellent resume filled with awards and top-notch European bliss.
The explosive winger was a key figure in Nigeria’s U-20 national team, the Falconets, who represented her country at two consecutive FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cups.
She first made her mark within the Nigerian Women Football League (NWFL) with Bayelsa Queens, where she played a vital role in the run of 3 consecutive league titles before earning the move overseas.
Since moving to Europe, the resilient winger has tested herself in some of the continent’s most attacking league.
