The Chief Security officer of Asari-Toru Local Government known as Omenma has been accused of murdering the nephew of the immediate past caretaker Chairman of the local Government, Barr Tubotamuno Dick.
The accusation was made by the ex CTC Chairman himself.
Barr Tubotamuno Dick accused the CSO of being a renowned and wanted Cultist and wondered why the current Chairman, Odiari Princewill, resolved to make him the Chief Security officer of the Local Government Area.
He narrated how the CSO at about 11 pm, the CSO led a team of military personnel to shoot and kill his nephew Dadikiya Charles AKA Mannerless on his bed in Buguma.
According to him; “I wonder why anytime Chief Odiari Princewill is Chairman or anybody he influences is Chairman then Omenma, a renowned and wanted Cultist must be the chief security officer (CSO) of Asari Toru Local Government Council.
“I am no longer wondering again because at about 11 pm yesterday, the said wanted Cultist, Omenma led Army men to shoot and kill my nephew, Dadikiya Charles AKA Mannerless on his bed for nothing.
“I have called the Army captain and he said Dadikiya Charles tried to wrestle his gun from him.
Thank God for the eyewitness who said that the claims by the army are a lie, but that Dadikiya Charles knelt down and raised his hand up in surrender when he woke up from his sleep and saw a gun pointed at him before he was shot in cold blood.
“Whatever the case, both the Army captain, Omenma and whoever is involved will hear from Dadikiya’s Family. I can assure them this one.”
