‎I Credits ‘god of soccer’ for Winning the Scottish Title- Iheanacho

‎‎The Super Eagles of Nigeria striker, Kelechi Iheanacho is really excited about his club clinching the Scottish league title on Saturday. He says the god of soccer helped Celtic win the Scottish Premiership title.

While they played the league deciding match against Hearts at Celtic Park, though Celtic was down but they staged and came back to win 3-1.

‎The Scottish league heavyweight club Celtic have now won their 14th league title in 15 years. The other team, Hearts has not won a championship since 1960.

‎Though the starting lineup didn’t feature Kelechi Iheanacho, he went in and helped his team a lot in the second half.  Hitting the post twice, then scored to help his Celtic get back in the game.

‎After they won Kelechi Iheanacho talked to TV. He said “I am happy, I am so happy today. It was unbelievable, at some point everyone thought we had lost it.”

‎He also said “The god of soccer was on our side today and we won. We fought till the end, so I am really happy— I do not even know how to say what I am feeling now.”

‎Kelechi Iheanacho said this season was one of the craziest of his career. He thinks it was so crazy that someone should make a movie, about it.

‎He said “This trophy is really special. I do not know much about other trophies Celtic has won but this one is different”.

‎He also said “So I am really happy and the fans should enjoy it. The whole city of Glasgow should enjoy it.” It is an undying fact that Kelechi Iheanacho and Celtic worked hard to win the Scottish Premiership title and the god of soccer helped them.
