Ahead of the 2027 general elections, a public affairs analyst, Mahmud Jega, has alleged that the current crisis rocking the African Democratic Congress, ADC, is being engineered.
Mr. Jega who made this known during an interactive on Television advised the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to trend with caution.
“The crisis in the ADC is being engineered and INEC has to be very careful.
“The impression INEC is giving is that it is part of the scheme to destroy all opposition parties.

“The opposition wanted the ADA; INEC sat on it for 2 years. Now they have moved to ADC, and they are coming up with something else” he said.
It would be recalled that ADC has been faced with an internal crisis leading to the stripping of former Senate President David Mark as the national chairman of the party.
