The Chairman of Abua/Odual Local Government Area Engr Owolobi Ofori has embarked on an inspection tour of ongoing projects across Area to assess progress and ensure quality delivery under the Uru Odighi Administration.
Engr. Ofori who visited the Ayama-Okana Link Road which connects several communities in Central Abua and provides access to the Abua Central Market expressed satisfaction pleased with the pace of work observed on site.
“With the level of progress already recorded on just the second day, I’m confident the project will be completed in record time.” The Abua/Odual Council Chairman stated.
After visiting the Ayama-Okana link road and inspecting the newly created Free Trade Zone at the former Abolga Park within the Abua Central Market, which aims to decongest the market and improve trading activities, Engr. Ofori also visited the Ayama premises earmarked for landscaping.
“As we continue our efforts to restore the headquarters of our Local Government Area to a befitting urban status the Ayama premises plays a pivotal role in enabling us to fulfill our objectives.” He said
Visiting the Local Government sponsored State High Court building in Abua, the chairman said the project was over 80 percy completed, with finishing works ongoing ahead of the scheduled April handover.
The Abua/Odual Council Chairman reiterated that his administration remains committed to delivering impactful projects that will bring development, improve infrastructure, and leave a lasting legacy for the people.
