Luxury fashion house Mena Allure has showcased its first collection named “Eru” which means Beauty. The photos were taken by Kayode Abel, the lookbook features MBGN 2017 Winner Ugochi Ihezue.
The head designer, Grace Uredi, is a known fashion risk taker – a case point being the quintessential dresses the 2015 Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria Winner Unoaku Anyadike wore for the MBGN Nigeria magazine cover feature.

Having trained at the renowned Istituto di Moda Burgo Fashion Institute, Grace Uredi knows what textures and colours to match for a truly spectacular fashion offering. For this debut collection, the designs are not your average evening dresses; paired with momentous patterns and colours, each look comes across as ethereal. She mixes a bit of old- fashion bridal with modern trends and risque details.
It is indeed the season for sheer. A lot of the gowns have a sheer touch – a transparent sleeve here, a deep plunge open back covered with mesh there.
