The Chairman,of ANOLGA LGA, Hon. Promise Lucky Otuo, has embarked on a new wave of school renovations across the LGA in his relentless effort to transform the educational landscape of Andoni Local Government Area,
Hon. Otuo, who believed that every child deserves access to quality and conducive learning environments, decried the deplorable condition of Polokiri Primary School in Ward 7, where pupils were forced to learn under leaking roofs and in dilapidated classrooms.
The Chairman assured residents that his administration will continue to ensure public schools in Andoni meet acceptable standards, emphasizing that education remains the bedrock of sustainable community development.

As part of measures to boost academic excellence, Hon. Otuo announced an increase in teachers’ allowances and called for the engagement of additional teachers to strengthen the local education workforce.
“The Otuo-led administration’s efforts to set all sectors aright reaffirm its commitment to nurturing a new generation of enlightened, empowered, and responsible Andoni youths through improved learning infrastructure and enhanced welfare for teachers” he stated.
