Popular TikTok sensation Peller has announced the acquisition of a luxurious mansion valued at ₦350 million in Lekki, Lagos, marking a major milestone in his fast-rising career as a digital creator.

The 20-year-old influencer revealed the news during a live chat with fellow content creator Sandra Benede, confirming that the property is located on Chevron Drive, one of Lekki’s most exclusive residential zones. He later shared the update on Instagram, writing:

“Look at me. God has been so good to me, and I’m so grateful to God and my fans all around the world. Congratulations to me. Finally got a place where I can be loud without landlord wahala.”

While many assumed the mansion was funded solely through his TikTok earnings, Peller clarified that the purchase was made possible through a combination of brand deals and financial support from unnamed benefactors.

“It’s a big place, and I should be moving in around October. People shouldn’t think it’s just TikTok money. I get deals on the low. Sometimes, wealthy people send me money and ask me not to mention their names. But once the house is fully set, I’ll reveal them,” he said.

Known for his comedic skits and viral challenges, Peller has become one of Nigeria’s most influential digital personalities, with a fan base that spans millions across social media platforms. His latest achievement has sparked admiration and curiosity, with fans eager to see the inside of the mansion and learn more about the mystery supporters behind his success
