Tiwa Savage Claps Back At Fans’ Retirement Advice

Award-winning Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has reaffirmed her commitment to music as she prepares to release her forthcoming album this Friday.

The Afrobeats star took to her official X (formerly Twitter) account to share the announcement and invite fans to engage with her on the project.

“Hey, my loves. My album is dropping this Friday & it means the world to me, and I want us to share this journey together. I’ll be answering your questions about the music, process & stories behind it. Drop your questions with #ThisOneIsPersonal and I’ll be picking some to respond to. Can’t wait to connect with you all,” Tiwa wrote.

While many fans expressed excitement, one user, SG_Hurayrahh (@_Omalicha_nwa), advised the singer to consider stepping away from music.

“Tiwa, if I were you, I would stop singing. Not because your music isn’t good, but because it’s high time you used the money you have and ventured into business or a genuine investment. You had a wonderful and fun youthful age and time,” the user commented.

Tiwa Savage, however, was quick to dismiss the suggestion, making it clear that she is financially secure and not ready to slow down her career.

“Sweetheart, I have enough money and investments choke, no worry. The youthful age has just begun o☺,” she replied.

Tiwa Savage, a global personality and talented singer, is set to release a new album titled This One Is Personal on Friday, and fans highly anticipate the art of music.
