The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has reaffirmed its commitment to completing abandoned critical projects that will significantly impact the lives of people in the region.

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Commission, Chief Samuel Ogbuku, made this statement at a world press briefing held in Asaba to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the NDDC.

Chief Ogbuku revealed that President Bola Tinubu has mandated the commission to focus on completing strategic legacy projects. He emphasized that billions of naira had been spent on these projects, and it would be prudent to add value to what has already been invested rather than abandoning them.
