NYSC Sets May 21 Pass‑Out for 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream Two

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has approved Thursday, May 21, 2026, as the date for the passing‑out of the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream Two Corps Members nationwide.

In a statement released on NYSC’s official page on Monday, May 4, the management confirmed that activities leading to the event will begin on Tuesday, May 5.

The programme will open with Job Advisory and Counselling (JAC) sessions conducted in partnership with relevant agencies, followed by the signing of final clearance forms under the supervision of Zonal Inspectors.

The passing‑out ceremony will be a low‑key event, with Certificates of National Service distributed to deserving corps members in all Local Government Areas across the country.

The NYSC emphasized that the exercise marks the formal conclusion of service for thousands of young Nigerians who have contributed to national development through their postings in education, health, agriculture, and other sectors.

NYSC Director‑General, Olakunle Nafiu, extended his best wishes to the outgoing corps members, urging them to carry the core values of the scheme into their post‑service lives. He reminded them to remain good ambassadors of the NYSC and to uphold the ideals of patriotism, discipline, and selfless service.

The statement also noted that the scheme continues to play a vital role in fostering national unity and preparing young graduates for future challenges.

As the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream Two corps members prepare to take their bow, the NYSC reaffirmed its commitment to supporting them in their transition to life after service.
