The Nigerian entertainment industry, almost shook as actress Doris Ogala, was hospitalized after a reported self-harm attempt. This crisis unfolded in the wake of Pastor Chris Okafor of Grace Nation Bible Ministry’s engagement to another woman, which was recently shared online.
The situation escalated when a video surfaced showing actor Digidi Dunhill rushing Ogala to a medical facility. In the clip, a concerned Dunhill pleads with an unnamed individual, saying, “Please I don’t know who this Chris is. Whoever you are, please you have to come to her aid because she cut hand. Doris are you trying to commit suicide?”
Following the public release of Pastor Okafor’s proposal video, Ogala took to social media on Saturday, December 13, 2025, to level severe allegations against the clergyman. Her emotional posts painted a picture of a lengthy, turbulent relationship now ending in profound betrayal.

The actress claimed a seven-year romance with Okafor, which she says began in 2017. Her accusations are sweeping, alleging financial exploitation, emotional manipulation, and a devastating breach of privacy.
“After everything, after promising me marriage and disgracing me like this, turning my life upside down, you want to marry?” Ogala stated. “I come to present my own account because I saw the proposal video and it’s not adding up to me. My heart is broken… We have been dating since 2017, you want to leave me and marry who?”
She further accused him of coercing her to leave her marriage, only to allegedly later distribute intimate materials. “When I got married, you cried that I should leave the man. I left the man and came out. Who are you leaving me for? Who will marry me after sharing my miscarriage video?” she questioned.
“Your lawyer carried the video and gave it to my lawyer. My sex video with you, you carried my body and sent to your lawyer…”
Ogala concluded her anguished testimony by asking, “After sharing my body publicly. You now want to marry after destroying my life. Was I behaving like this before you met me?”
