Popular socialist Emeka Okonkwo, widely known as E-Money, has called on netizens to disclose the locations of two social media influencers for their apprehension over spreading false information.
The video shared on his Instagram page today showed clips of women accusing him of being a prime suspect over the death of Nollywood actor John Odonwodo, also known as Jnr. Pope.
Recall that Jnr. Pope died along with four other actors on April 10 from a boat mishap in Delta State on their way to a video shoot. E-Money, in his notice, described the late actor as his brother and cautioned that this period is a time to respect the grieving moment, as it showed a lack of respect for the mourning family.
He added that his attention was drawn to malicious content posted and redistributed by bloggers, and he frowned at how bloggers continue to spread lies without carrying out a thorough investigation.

In addressing the issue, he vowed that he would see to the end of the heinous act, as he noted that the social media space needs to be cleaned up.
“It has come to my attention that some individuals are spreading damaging and false information about my relationship with my late brother, Junior Pope, and his family during this difficult time of mourning. These actions show a complete lack of respect for the memory of the deceased and are deeply hurtful to our grieving family.”
” I cannot fold my hands and allow this heinous act to continue without consequence. I am committed to identifying these unscrupulous individuals and ensuring they are held accountable.”
‘It is imperative that we clean up our social media space and let the law take its rightful course. Furthermore, bloggers disseminating this information without proper investigation and confirmation will also not be spared in this bid for justice.”
He further appealed to nitizens to reach out to him with valuable information that will lead to the arrest of the two social media influencers as he seeks justice for character assassination.
“Anyone with credible information that can assist the authorities in apprehending these two women responsible for this malicious character assassination should please come forward. Your help will not only bring justice but highly appreciated. Enough is enough!. “
Meanwhile, the socialists express gratitude to supporters during this trying time.
